Jurgen Siegle - Headshot





Jurgen was appointed Group Supply Chain Manager for Landewyck in January 2012. Prior to this he worked for Landewyck in a variety of operational management positions.  Before joining Landewyck, Jurgen worked for L’Oreal and UPS. He has held senior positions in operational, logistics and Supply Chain disciplines. As part of his remit Jurgen has also managed the deployment of global DSCP solutions for both Landewyck and L’Oreal.

Until recently Ward was commercial director and head of cargo supply chain at London Gateway. He has more than 30 years’ experience in international transport and logistics. He was managing director of his family freight forwarding company, DH Ward (Shipping) Ltd, before masterminding a merger with American-owned Fritz Companies, in 1994.
More recently Ward was director Europe of P&O Nedlloyd Logistics, and managing director of the International Supply Chain division at Wincanton Group.





David was appointed Supply Chain Director in December 2011. Before joining Anite, David worked for two of the leading global manufacturing companies, Sun Micro Systems and Raytheon Defence Systems. He has held senior positions in Operational, Logistics as well as Supply Chain disciplines. As well as managing Anite’s end to end supply chain, David also heads Anite’s Quality Department.

David is a member of the Institute of Operational Managers (MIOM) as well as a board member for the Institute of Operational Management (Scotland). He also sits on the Advisory Board for Adam Smith College (Business School)





Amanda is Head of CSR for Matrix APA, a Creative Design and Procurement Company, who are experts in the Sourcing and Manufacture of best performing on-trend products for Brands and Retailers across the Globe. We work hard to build relationships in Asia with factories that are committed to continuous ethical improvement and strive to meet the fundamental requirements of the ETI base code, whilst being quality conscious and cost effective.
Amanda has 13 years’ experience in Product Sourcing, and supply chain managementand hasbecome a CSR thought leader and key industry figure.  She started out in the UK for 11 years then spent 3 years living in Hong Kong to utilise her expertise on the ground developing and managing Social & Ethical Compliance programs within China based factories.We continuously engage with workers, and common projects include prevention and remediation of child labour, worker committee development and improvement of pay and hours through productivity and efficiency studies and HR training. Today, Amanda resides in the UK with regular trips to the Far East and continues to drive positive change, educating all stakeholders in the supply chain. Amanda has a Law and French degree and speaks basic Mandarin.
