Bansal joined Amazon from Tesco where he led a number of teams over 9 years. He was responsible for transforming Tesco’s Store Operations across 3,000 stores in the UK. He then headed up Supply Chain development worldwide, subsequently taking on various store operations leadership roles while on a senior leadership development programme. Before Tesco, Bansal spent nearly a decade defining and delivering operations and technology strategy for a number of leading multichannel retailers in the US, Europe and Asia.

A leader with experience in defining business strategy and leading execution for sustained improvements, Bansal is passionate about delivering quantifiable results by focusing on innovation and developing high performing teams.  He is an Electronics Engineer and earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Nicolas Maes is manager at Delaware Consulting and responsible for solutions regarding supply chain planning and digital manufacturing.

In his career he has worked actively on different type of projects including greenfield ERP implementation  and supply chain optimization projects as hands on implementation consultant, conceptual architect, project manager and program manager.

Nicolas is passionate about implementing improvements by making complex processes understandable on all levels in an organization, setting the right priorities and milestones, making the pragmatic decisions with the bigger picture in mind and most important making sure the processes are supported and promoted by key participants.

Today, I am currently responsible for designing and delivering the end to end logistic capability for Thames Water.


Paul is the Supply Planning Manager for Nelsons, manufacturers of natural healthcare products. He has over 15 years experience in the manufacturing and supply chain environments working in both food and pharmaceutical sectors servicing domestic and global markets.

In his current role Paul is responsible for the network supply management for the global distribution of the Nelsons’ portfolio covering purchasing, production planning and network replenishment. He is also responsible for strategic and supply planning input into the S&OP process.

Paul is currently focusing on continued improvement towards logistical optimisation and the strategic alignment of core business functions and processes both within the supply chain and cross-functionally.


As Supply Chain Director for General Mills Northern Europe Dave has been responsible for overseeing supply chain development in support of a multi temperature/ channel business that has more than trebled in size over recent years. This has included logistics network design, supply chain reengineering to reflect acquisition, implementation of an IBP/S&OP process and development of a customer engagement strategy. Recent achievements include the integration of Yoplait and the award winning port centric Port Salford new DC operation.


Christian Seemann is Vice President Supply Chain Management Parts at MAN Truck & Bus AG. In this position he is responsible for the whole supply chain of 325.000 spare parts from more than 1700 suppliers to the end customer on retail level. MAN Truck & Bus AG, with headquarters in Munich, is one of the leading international suppliers of commercial vehicles and transport solutions in Europe.

Prior to joining MAN Truck & Bus AG, Christian worked for almost 9 years at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG in Stuttgart. He started there in the IT department as a project manager with focus on BPM, PDM and PLM. For the last five years he was Head of the Spare Parts Logistics planning department and therefore responsible for various projects in the fields of global transport and warehouse optimization.

Christian holds a Diploma in Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany). He focused in his studies on Business Informatics, Business Management and Industrial Psychology.
