Leaders in Supply Chain UK

Leaders in Supply Chain UK is an independent network of leading practitioners helping to shape the future of our profession. The diversity of membership reflects the critical importance of the supply chain across all sectors.

Membership is personal, by invitation only, and for a limited number of individuals. Members hold senior leadership roles within their organisations and are passionate about the supply chain and its role in business and sustainable economic development.

The group holds four debates per year, each chaired by a leading supply chain professional, where delegates can network with their peers in a confidential environment (managed by a strict code of conduct), broadening their horizons and gaining insights into other sectors. Members have access to some of the profession’s leading visionaries, helping to ensure their organisation is at the forefront of supply chain management.

Our vision is to expand the current UK group to create a pan-European and international network of LiSC membership groups to meet the growing global challenges that our members face.

Leaders in Supply Chain UK, formerly the Logistics Directors’ Forum, was founded by Professor Alan Waller OBE in 1991. It is a not for profit organisation run by the members for the members. The current co-chairmen are Professor Richard Wilding OBE from Cranfield University and Calum Lewis from LEGO.

LiSC UK is an independent, self-funding body operating under the umbrella of CILT.
